Camas Schools Benefit at the Liberty Theatre

A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this amazing event! Held at the beautiful, newly reopened Liberty Theater in downtown Camas, the fundraiser brought in over $5,000 for the Camas Schools Music Department! For those interested in the complete collection of photos from the event, we will have them posted on our website within the week - www.windelhill.com
The theater was buzzing with people for the big event!

Don't worry! If you weren't there for the drawing, they saved your prizes for you.

Not only was Chris busy organizing the event, he was also performing!  Very impressive!

Summer & Kerry

It was truly an honor to photograph such great friends on the biggest day of their lives!  Summer and Kerry were married on the most beautiful day we've seen in months! They held their ceremony at the Helvetia Community Church and enjoyed their reception at McMenamin's Grand Lodge in Forest Grove.

Perhaps best known as an emblem of luck, the Ladybug is a love symbol too. This one landed on the bride's hand shortly after the ceremony! I'd say this couple is VERY lucky in love!

What a night of romance! The Grand Lodge set the mood perfectly!

The wedding rings and the cake.

Such a sweet first dance with the bride and groom.
Kerry twirled his new bride all over the dance floor.

The bridal party outside of the church.

This is a photo of Summer's engagement ring resting on a beautiful red rose Kerry gave her the night before the wedding.

The groom and his mother, Gail.

As you can see from the photos the bride and groom were grinning ear to ear the entire day!  We're so happy for Summer and Kerry and we wish them nothing but the best in their new life together.

Familiar Smiles

We had breakfast with some good friends this morning over at one of our favorite establishments in SE Portland, the Deer Lodge.  We had so much fun catching up with a lot of folks we hadn't seen in a long time.  It was great to see some old familiar smiles and swap stories about what life has brought everyone through the last few months.  The Lodge is always a great place to connect with kind souls.

The biggest shocker of the morning was seeing how big our friends Nate and Casey's little guy Jesse has gotten!  It seems like his newborn session was just a few months ago!
